About Membership

The world is changing rapidly in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, pandemics, global warming and other sustainability challenges. This brings with it enormously exciting opportunities in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as challenges that require a strong, forward-looking and creative mind that does not call everything old and unhesitatingly connects sectors and specialties to best sense the spirit of the times and find solutions to the challenges.

In 2022, Aðildi is a collaboration between Festa and Össur, with Össur being a leading international health technology company and a founding member of Festa in 2011. Össur has been working systematically on sustainability and environmental issues ever since, reaching the milestone of becoming carbon neutral in 2021.

In 2022, 9 university students are participating in the Aðildi group. These are students who are passionate about sustainability and the circular economy, asking critical, philosophical and relevant questions about development in today's world.

  • Aðgang að öllum upplýsinga- og tengslafundum Festu, sem eru einungis fyrir aðildarfélög og allt að 8 talsins yfir árið. Á tengslafundum heimsækjum við fyrirtæki á Íslandi sem eru leiðandi á sviði sjálfbærni og samfélagsábyrgðar, rýnum í vegferð þeirra og deilum lausnum, pælingum og nýrri þekkingu.
