Ölgerðin invites Festa member companies to a networking meeting.
Andri Þór Guðmundsson, CEO of Ölgerðir, and Málfríður Guðný Kolbeinsdóttir, leader of sustainability and reform, will welcome guests there.
Ölgerðin's strategy for the coming years has four focus areas: growth, digital development, diversity and sustainability. The entire company works according to this strategy and the goals and achievements will be reviewed. We will discuss how these focus areas support the company's vision of becoming the first choice for all stakeholders.
Sustainability and diversity at Ölgerðinn will be discussed in particular. Ölgerðinn is working systematically towards becoming a sustainable company and works according to the Science Based Targets (SBTi) methodology. Ölgerðinn has committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2040 and has set a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, aiming to keep global warming within 1.5°C by 2030. We will review what actions the company has already taken and what actions need to be taken to achieve the goal. Ölgerðinn is also part of the balance sheet and has been systematically working to improve a culture that supports equal opportunities.
