In order for everyone to move in sync, we need to consider how we implement sustainability and everything that comes with it into the company's culture. This is how we start the sustainability journey on the right foot.


At the next Deigla meeting, we will hear stories from different Festa member companies that have one thing in common: they have systematically implemented sustainability into their company culture, thus bringing their entire team along on that journey.


This meeting benefits companies and organizations of all sizes and types, we are all building strong teams that need to work together, teams that have a clear vision of the direction we take when considering sustainability: environment, society and governance.


The meeting will be moderated by Kolbeinn Hilmarsson, CEO of Svarmi and board member of Festa. Experts from Aton JL will give educational talks and then we will hear practical presentations from Festa member companies that have excelled in this area: Advania, Controlant and Isavia.
