In 2022, Festa conducted extensive work with people from the Festa community and related parties. The results of this work resulted in a roadmap in relation to European Union (EU) and EEA sustainability legislation.


The roadmap covers innovations in legislation and methodology for sustainable business operations and responsible investments. European Union regulations, bills that have been introduced regarding the implementation of EU acts in Iceland, as well as other practical material can be found in the roadmap. The focus is on the role of capital as a driving force on the sustainability journey of companies in the real economy.

Results from a survey by Festa and Deloitte

At the beginning of 2023, Deloitte and Festa conducted a survey among the managers of Festa's member companies.


Markmiðið með könnuninni var að fá innsýn í helstu aðgerðir og áætlanir stjórnenda fyrirtækja þegar kemur að sjálfbærni og loftslagsmálum. Niðurstöðurnar voru kynntar á Janúarráðstefnu Festu og má nú nálgast hér.
